Rudy Kanhye has been working with the Unexpected Gardens and the shore of the Rosneath Peninsula to create a range of seasonal tasters inspired by the peninsula. He will make a fire cooked lunch at Centre 81 making the renowned Peninsula Burger , a burger designed with local ingredients from the Rosneath Peninsula. It will be accompanied by a lemony summer salad from the garden. Vegan and gluten free options available.
Hannah Brackston has been contributing to the design of the two Unexpected Gardens and will be inviting everyone to explore the gardens while participating in a range of games and workshops.
Siôn Parkinson will perform a piece of new music , commissioned by Cove Park as part of Unexpected Gardens.
The lead artists will be supported by a range of additional activities and workshops by selected artists from weaving and kite making to making costume and bags.
The whole event including Rudy's food is FREE OF CHARGE and we encourage everyone to come along. If you want to try Rudy's lunch please book a ticket for each person in your party in advance so that we can predict numbers.
We will move our celebrations on to Cove Sailing Club from 4pm onwards
